These booking terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of Clarity Commerce’s website.

What you're booking. A one-on-one consulting session reviewing your Shopify store over Zoom. You are paying for my time and expertise during that session. This is advice, clarity, and direction. It is not implementation, done-for-you work, or a guarantee of any specific result.
Payment. The session fee is due in full at the time of booking and reserves your time slot.
Rescheduling. Need to move your time? You can reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours notice, using the link in your confirmation email.
No-shows. If you miss your session without notice, you'll receive one courtesy reschedule. If you miss a second time without notice, the session is forfeited and you will need to book and pay again to reserve new time.
Refunds. All sales are final. You are reserving dedicated time that is held for you and made unavailable to others once booked. For that reason, the fee is non-refundable.
Results. The value of this session is the clarity and direction you leave with. What happens afterward depends on whether you act on it. This session does not guarantee any increase in sales, traffic, conversion, or revenue, and no such outcome is promised or implied.
Concerns and disputes. If anything about your session falls short, contact me within 7 days at [your email] and I will work with you in good faith to make it right within reason. By booking, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution with me directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Acceptance. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
